Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to academic and student projects developed by DGStack. Please read them before confirming your project.

1. 01Project pricing

   • The price of every project varies according to the project. It depends on the topic, technology, features, documentation required and the deadline.
   • There is no fixed price list. You receive a quote for your specific project after we understand your requirements.
   • The final price is confirmed in writing over WhatsApp or email before any work starts.

2. 02Payment terms

   • A 50% advance payment of the agreed price is required to confirm the project.
   • Work on the project starts only after the advance payment is received.
   • The remaining 50% is paid on completion, after you have seen a working demo and before the final source code and documents are handed over.

3. 03Scope and changes

   • The project scope, features and deliverables are agreed before the advance payment.
   • Changes or new features requested after the scope is confirmed may change the price and the delivery date.

4. 04Timeline and delivery

   • The delivery timeline starts from the day the advance payment is received.
   • Delays in sharing required details, college formats or feedback may extend the timeline.
   • Deliverables such as source code, report, PPT and diagrams are provided as agreed for your project.

5. 05Cancellation and refunds

   • The advance payment is non-refundable once work on the project has started, because development time has already been committed.
   • If we are unable to deliver the agreed project, the advance will be refunded.

6. 06Support

   • Setup support and a project walkthrough are provided after delivery.
   • Minor fixes within the agreed scope are covered. New features are quoted separately.

7. 07Academic use

   • Projects are developed to help you learn and to serve as a reference for your academic work.
   • You are responsible for following your college or university rules on project submission.

8. 08Confidentiality

   • Your personal details, college information and project files are kept confidential and are never shared with anyone else.
